SynthPanel – test agent swarm, open source, on GitHub

I built a tool that generates a swarm of diverse AI test personas for whatever you’re working on. It went live on GitHub today.

The problem it solves

You build something. You test it yourself. You have blind spots. Your friends have the same blind spots. SynthPanel gives you 20, 50, 100 perspectives from people who aren’t you – different backgrounds, different assumptions, different needs.

How it works

Give it a target audience description and an artifact (pitch, text, UI, speech, app idea). It builds a persona swarm, runs them in parallel against your thing, and synthesizes structured feedback. Not a wall of text – a ranked view of what’s broken and what lands.

Runs locally via Ollama – we recommend qwen3.5 for best results. No local setup? Falls back to Claude, but that’s a token burner – fair warning. GitHub Action included for CI integration.

Accessibility is a built-in persona dimension if you need it.

Try it

github.com/spm231177-coder/synthpanel — MIT, open source.

Curious what the swarm catches that you didn’t expect. Let me know what you find.
